Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support Billings Operations in an international business. The role will assist with global invoicing operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate cashflow.
Details:
- Location: Guildford
- Salary: £30000-£33000
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days from home after probation
- Contract – 12 Month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate sales invoices across seven global trading entities using internal systems.
- Manage the timely flow of billing files, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, responding to client queries within agreed timeframes.
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and provide supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Key Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in billing, invoicing, or finance administration within a commercial environment.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and familiarity with accounting software (Sage X3 desirable).
- Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international setting.
