Senior Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a one of Dorset's most recognisable leisure brands in their recruitment for an experienced Payroll professional.

Working closely with the wider Finance team and operational stakeholders, you will be a subject matter expert on any change to Payroll legislations or regulations, as well as overseeing the continual development of the department.

Producing management information reports alongside the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for reconciling all periodic submissions, proactively streamlining processes, and monitoring all Payroll-related costs.

You will have experience in a similar role, with knowledge of working in a Group Finance function and strong Excel skills.
