Our Women in Business events are a place for local women working in finance, accounting, law, HR or recruitment to connect and network with like-minded women in leadership positions.

Caroline (Aka Caz) is Vice President (CFO) of Finance and Strategy at Estée Lauder Companies, where she plays a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping strategy, and delivering sustainable business performance. A Chartered Accountant who began her career with PwC, she has built a diverse career spanning finance, transformation, and commercial leadership.

Prior to her current role, Caz held senior positions as Commercial Director and Transformation Director, where she developed deep expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing. Known for her ability to build strong relationships and communicate with clarity and impact, she has successfully led cross-functional teams through periods of change and growth.

Her leadership style is underpinned by kindness, energy, and passion. She is motivated by empowering others—particularly women—to develop the confidence to achieve their full potential. A strong advocate of leveraging networks and collaboration, Caz is committed to creating inclusive environments where people and ideas can thrive.
