What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, with real responsibility from day one:

  • Owning the Credit Control process and keeping cash flowing

  • Posting daily bank payments and completing weekly bank reconciliations

  • Reviewing credit card spend and posting accurately to the GL

  • Preparing and sending weekly sales reporting to Group

  • Supporting the Finance Manager with budgets and forecasting

  • Producing daily cash reports across multiple bank accounts

  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and resolving supplier queries professionally

  • Getting involved in ad-hoc finance projects as the business continues to grow

This role gives you broad exposure across finance — from transactional work through to reporting and budgeting support.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

✔ Detail-oriented and highly accurate
✔ Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
✔ Comfortable using Excel (filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF etc.)
✔ Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
✔ Experienced in credit control
