We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager with strong people management experience, to manage the day-to-day financial operations across the Group implementing controls. This is a great chance to join a close knit, collaborative team with desirable advancement opportunities.
Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager will be to:
- Manage a team of 9 people in the Finance Department
- Carry out staff training and development
- Act as the financial right-hand to the Financial Controller
- Provide real time and reliable financial information to support the management of the Group
- Review procedures and carry out process improvements
- Assist with new systems implementation across the Group
- Preparation of reports and data analysis.
Ideal experience would include VAT, Inter-company reconciliation, budget setting and production of management accounts for multi/group entities.
