Global Assignments Coordinator

Job Description

Are you highly organised, analytical, and confident working with data? Do you enjoy problem-solving, building client relationships, and ensuring every detail is right first time?

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone from a data, coordination, or expense management background who enjoys working in a role that mixes analytical work with client contact and operational delivery.

The Role

As a Global Assignments Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the smooth financial and operational delivery of global mobility projects. This involves coordinating data across systems, validating expenses, liaising with clients and partners, and producing insightful reporting.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining accuracy and compliance, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring information flows efficiently between global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track relocation-related expenses and payments for international assignees.

  • Reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on spend and activity for client review.

  • Support the month-end process by validating data, checking balances, and resolving queries.

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and process improvements.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to spot trends and inconsistencies.

  • Previous experience in expense coordination, accounts payable, or operations support (any environment managing spend or payments).

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.

  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience — able to build positive relationships across teams and regions.

  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Naturally curious, solutions-focused, and eager to learn.

Why Apply?

  • Join a global, people-centric organisation recognised for exceptional client service.

  • Be part of an innovative team working across international markets.

  • Work in a collaborative, flexible environment with real opportunities to develop.

  • Competitive salary, hybrid working, and a supportive culture that values growth and initiative.
