Working closely with the Finance Director, you will have the autonomy to manage your workload as you see fit.
For the right individual, there will also be the opportunity to step up to Finance Manager within the next 18 months, as the business continues to grow organically.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Production and analysis of Monthly Management Accounts
- Build and prepare insightful reports on the finances of the business and deliver to the FD
- Review the Monthly Balance Sheet Recs and ensure high levels of accuracy
- Assist the FD in maintaining processes and drive efficiencies during a SAGE 200 system implementation
- Help transition the finance team to become data driven
