Payroll Manager

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a regional market-leader, based on the outskirts of Poole, with their recruitment for an experienced Payroll professional. 

Working closely with the wider Finance team, you will be a subject matter expert on any change to Payroll legislations or regulations, as well as overseeing the continual development of the department.

Producing management information reports alongside the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for reconciling all periodic submissions, proactively streamlining processes, and monitor all Payroll-related costs.

You will have experience in a similar role, with knowledge of working in a Group Finance function and strong Excel skills.
A CIPP qualification and working knowledge of SAGE payroll would also be advantageous.
