Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a Logistics business, based in Southampton, in their search for an Interim Financial Reporting Accountant on a 4-6 month basis.
Rate - £450-500/day (outside IR35)
Duration - 4-6 months
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office
Key Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of accounting standards and financial statutory requirements - FRS, GAAP
- Understanding of VAT rules and reporting requirements
- Interrogation, extraction and manipulation of data from ERP systems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues at all levels within an organisation
- Developing best practice processes and procedures around external reporting including using a range of financial tools
- Becoming an expert in and advising stakeholders on financial reporting requirements
- Key contact for External Audit queries
- Qualified Accountant - (ACA, ACCA)
